Any Performance360 member, competitive athlete, CrossFit member, powerlifter, bodybuilder, triathlete or anyone that actively elects suffering will tell you the positive effects those activities have on the rest of their personal lives.  Frankly, it’s undeniable.

I have such a love-hate relationship with New Year’s Resolutions.  I generally think they are complete bullshit and have found that most people don’t stick to them.  If they weren’t urgent enough for you in December then chances are they are not going to be urgent 30 days later.
