It’s a common misconception that you can’t simultaneously burn fat and increase your strength.  It’s the exact training we use at Performance360 and it’s not uncommon for a member to take fifteen pounds of fat off while also increasing strength 60 – 100% over a three month period.

Here is a circuit that you can perform at any gym.  You will slash your time spent in the gym likely 200% and your results will be extraordinary.  Mix this in once every week to two weeks and it will be a nice break to your regular routine.
