Designing your own training program is no different. One of the reasons our gym has experienced some success is that people are most successful when they just show up and execute what we’ve laid out for them. Leave the nuts and bolts of the planning to us so that you just have to execute.
Program design is my specialty and here’s how you can get your hands on it.
- You will complete a very thorough assessment based on your individual goals, experience level, age, current health and gym equipment access.
- From there, I create from scratch an 8 – 16 week plan made custom for you.
When you train online with me you get access to the following.
- My personal email account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Online video tutorial of every exercise you will be doing.
- Tracking systems and nutrition plans to accompany your training.
Rest assured you will be getting a through, custom and proven plan that isn’t something built for the masses. Humans are individuals that require unique coaching and attention and that’s exactly what I provide.
The following unique client goals have been achieved with the individuals hard work and my coaching.
- A 50, 40, 31, 26, and 22 pound weight loss for various ages and genders.
- (31) 15+ pound weight loss clients
- (1) 500#, (3) 455# and (17) 400# deadlifts for men at an average body weight of 179 pounds.
- (1) 300# deadlift and (5) 255# for women (all under 135 pound body weight)
