Dave Thomas, Performance360

My name is Dave Thomas and I have been owner of Performance360 in Pacific Beach, San Diego since 2011, where I have coached over 2,000 classes and worked with thousands of folks of all makes and models. I am the co-host of “The Business of Lifting Weights” podcast, and creator of the P360 FCC Certification. My professional credentials include the CSCS, USA Weightlifting, Onnit Kettlebell, Russian Kettlebell, OPEX CCP (in progress), CPT-NSCA, and Certified Nutrition Consultant. I also played four years of Division-I baseball, and two NCAA tournaments. I enjoy watching Nat Geo with my girlfriend Anna, being an insufferable coffee snob, being a multi-sport fantasy athlete, other people’s dogs, and a good pair of slacks.
